As I work in a NICU in the state of Washington where marijuana is legal I am very interested in hearing the most current research and how to navigate this situation.
I am most excited to see Laurel Wilson!
I would love to hear this session, as marijuana is now legal in CA and we get questions about this all of the time! Breastfeeding and Marijuana Use: An Evidence-Based Approach to Counseling the Lactating Parent (Jennifer McKinnon, DNP, MSN, FNP- BC, IBCLC)
Im super excited about the Breastfeeding and Marijuana Use: An Evidence-Based Approach to Counseling the Lactating Parent (Jennifer McKinnon, DNP, MSN, FNP- BC, IBCLC)
I’m interested in Twisted Babies with Carol Gray. I’m attending another workshop on Cranial Nerve Dysfunction.
I would love to hear Dr. Morton speak about the First-Hour Hand Expression for All Mothers. We focus so much on the premature infants at our hospital but I think we need to capture all mothers and make it a standard of practice for everyone.

I’m excited about the “Getting Breastfeeding Right from the Start: Enhancing Maternal and Newborn Competence”, because my work is mainly with new mothers and newborns, and I am sure that having more tools and skills will allow me to give them a better service and improve the chances of a long lasting breastfeeding.
